General Information

Zubi Capital is the independent impact investment arm of Zubi Group, established in 2020 with the aim of promoting impact generation through investments in innovative companies addressing social and environmental issues.

The InvestEU program provides the European Union with key long-term funding by mobilizing significant private and public funds in support of sustainable recovery. It also helps boost private investment towards the priorities of the European Union’s policy, such as the European Green Deal and digital transition. The InvestEU program consolidates a variety of financial instruments currently available to support investment in the European Union, making project financing in Europe simpler, more efficient, and flexible. The program consists of three components: the InvestEU Fund, the InvestEU Advisory Hub, and the InvestEU Portal. The InvestEU Fund is implemented through financial partners investing in projects using the EU’s €26.2 billion budgetary guarantee. The entire budgetary guarantee supports the investment projects of executing partners, enhances their risk-taking capacity, and aims to mobilize at least €372 billion in additional investment.
