Our commitment to building a better future permeates each of our actions and initiatives. The triple impact (social, environmental, and economic) is in our DNA, and from the beginning of our activity, we were clear that we wanted this purpose to not just be words but to be translated into the day-to-day reality.
For four consecutive years, Zubi Group has been submitting to the Ministry for Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge the carbon footprint generated by all the companies in the group. In 2022, thanks to the fact that the average of the first three years is lower than the average of the last three years, we have obtained the REDUCE seal, in addition to the CALCULATE and OFFSET seals.
“The seal reflects the degree of effort undertaken by organizations in the fight against climate change.”

We calculate, reduce, and offset our carbon footprint.
“Zubi Group has recorded this data in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. The average relative emissions (per employee) for the years 20-21-22 are lower than the average for the years 19-20-21.
The reduction is 10.67% in the average emission intensity for the 2020-2022 triennium compared to the 2019-2021 triennium for scope 1+2.
These activities include those carried out by the companies CoCircular, Fun Places, Hands-on Impact, Woodea, Zubi Capital, Zubi Education, Zubi Cities, Zubi Labs, as well as other group companies, across six locations.
Our forest in Calahorra de Boedo continues to grow to be able to absorb our future emissions when we have reduced them to the maximum possible extent.
In the meantime, over these two years, we have offset the carbon footprint through the environmental restoration of a mining operation in Bembibre (León) and an energy efficiency improvement project in Uganda, both with ClimateTrade.
Zubi Group’s commitment is reflected in this 2022 seal, reducing our emissions and offsetting those we cannot yet reduce. Our goal is clear: to reduce emissions to the maximum and neutralize residual ones with our Calahorra de Boedo forest.
In summary, this seal identifies three levels of participation and recognizes Zubi Group and its companies’ efforts in calculating, reducing, and offsetting greenhouse gas emissions generated by our activities.
The fight against climate change is one of our top priorities, and we are committed to channeling it through our actions.”
